Seaglass Performing Arts

Last Saturday I went to see South Pacific performed by Seaglass Performing Arts. I went alone I had asked someone to go with me. She said she was too busy, It seems that every time I asked her to do stuff lately she would find a reason not to go, I guess she was only a friend to get what she wanted out of me...but I don't know for sure because she did have her mother-in-law move in with her...enough about that...I really enjoyed the show, call me old fashioned but I like musicals like that...Rodgers&Hammerstein's...Anyway when I got there they had some pictures of the cast and I was pretty surprised because I knew some of the cast...They were from Sanford!!!!! One of the cast members is a surgeon, another one is an 80 year old man....and two were brother and sister....a little older than my middle son..The songs were great too: I'm Gonna Wash That Man Right Outa My Hair------Some Enchanted Evening-----Bali Ha'i Thank you Lorraine from work for encouranging me to go by myself I was kinda shy about going by myself but I really enjoyed the show. It was truly worth it.....

Fast times at the homefront

I can't believe the turn of events lately, my loan has been approved by the bank, so I will be able to fix the bathroom as planned (it really needs it). I am still trying to get a few people to straighten up the bedrooms so that it looks decent.. I kind hate tripping over things when I walk(never mind trying to get to a window to open or shut it). Em is going solo, so is Brad, no more emric and maybe no more double E. I hope she still comes over as part of the "group". I saw the demise of emric because he didn't hang around as much as he used to.. and when he was here he wasn't very nice to her... Funny how you see it in other people but not in yourself...It wasn't until someone left that I realized how he treated me...Now he is a little better. I often wonder what all the guys that come over here really know what he has done...They elude to the fact that they know what he has done to me by leaving but I wonder what they really know.....I told them to E-mail me or something when they go to school and Em said read our blogs....so I guess I'll have to ......

a banking we will go

Tommorow I have an appointment to see about refinancing the house for less than what I pay now. I have a few options. I can refi for 30 years or 15 years...I need to do a lot of homework...I'm also thinking about borrowing enough money so that I can fix the bathroom...that would mean that I may be able to get a better interest rate but I'm not sure that I want to borrow too much...I mean I will have to pay it back...but then again I don't want to fall through the floor...plus I get the added bonus of paying for the Lawyer and he isn't cheep.
