Since I changed my phone number and stuff I've been over charged by the phone company...Steve has talked to the billing people (but they don't really listen) and they said that I would only have to pay a portion of the bill...the next bill would be the right amount that I would have to pay....WRONG!!!!!!! In the meantime, I call them and tell them to change the name on the bill from D____n to C________r well the phone people are real funny (HAHA) they took that as me wanting to cancel my internet. So guess what I got cut off---- canceled whatever you want to call it I didn't have the internet...(Billing listens so well) Well good ole Steve got on the phone and found out why (see above about listening) I was so mad first I have been over billed since I had the phone number changed second I was being billed for the net when I didn't even have it yet and third, because of their mess up I have to wait a week to get the net the way I want it. So when Steve called he said that I didn't want to get any more messed up bills(for example:clean slate) since they disconected without my saying to I wanted free internet for one month and since I have to wait the week to get reconected, Steve asked for an extra month free internet (yeah Steve) So hopefully I will be on line the way I want at the end of the month and for the first 2 months I will have free internet.....hope nothing goes wrong now....Just have to tell everyone that I have a new e-mail address AGAIN!!. Wonder if I should pay the phone bill on time....

Getting Paid?

So OK all you guys out in blog land you know that I work for a big company so here goes.. I asked for this past Friday off to get some stuff done. I had signed papers to refinance the house on Wednesday and a lot of stuff happened and the lawyer that was with me to sign the papers, even asked if I wanted to continue..(The final monthly payment was more than what I was quoted)I said yes, with trepidation, I signed he said that leaglealy that I had 3 days to cancel. Well folks on Friday I canceled I will be looking into refinancing with the VA. I already have a VA loan and I will be refinancing with the VA. It is a streamline interest rate reduction program. I have done it before and it was relatively easy to do. So I took Friday off to take care of business...before the end of the day I called work to find out if I would be paid for the day and I was told so far I had not filled out the paperwork needed to be paid...Well guess what I did I went right over and filled the paperwork out to hopefully get paid...When I talked to the Personal manager, she said that I would get paid IF the store manager ok'd it. It is totaly up to him weather I get paid or not..never mind the fact I really need the money or that I have vacation time that I could take that is due me or personal days too....I'm kinda afraid to ask if I will get paid because I'm not sure that I can take another letdown right now. I find it real funny that weather I get paid for Friday is up to the whim of the store manager...(Hope he decides to like me today) I get the inpression that he has his favorites and I not really sure where I fit in.
