I think that it is pretty sad when one of your co-workers says that it is really obvious that the boss doesn't like you. That is what happened the other day when I told L**a that I had given my 2 week notice. She asked me if the manager said anything to me or asked me why I was quitting. I said that he said nothing and that he didn't try to talk me out of it. I said that I didn't think that he really liked me anyway. She said yeah it is pretty obvious that he doesn't like you. Lately I feel that he is nit picking at everything that I do...Oh well I'm short...so I guess that I really don't care what he thinks anymore...but I do plan to go to his manager and let him know what kind of manager he is..for example when he repremands his employees on the sales floor and when he talks down to them on the sales floor....I've come to the conclusion that he may be a good store manager as far as the business side goes but his people skills are something to be desired...
